Isaac P. N. A. Quaye, Esq  is a Chartered Tax Practitioner and Barrister at law and a Solicitor. He has worked previously as a Senior Tax Official with the then Internal Revenue Service, now Ghana Revenue Authority.

Isaac has considerable experience in tax controversy, assisting clients in resolving tax audit issues. He has also been involved in some major transaction tax engagements representing either the Sell-side or Buy-side, either for the Government of Ghana or private entities.  He has performed Tax Health Checks, Customs Health Checks and on regular basis provides tax compliance and advisory services to major multinational clients.

Isaac is a well-known voice in the area of tax advocacy, helping to shape the practice of taxation through the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana (CITG). He is a Fellow of the CITG and Fellow of the Institute of Directors, Ghana
