Dorothy has gained significant skills from years of working on different assignments. She has been engaged in assignments such as providing legal advice across a wide spectrum of legal issues, salary surveys, job evaluations, training and recruitment.   

Dorothy holds a Qualifying Certificate in Law (BL) from the Ghana School of Law, a Post-First Degree Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from GIMPA Law School, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Greenhill College (GIMPA).

She is a Member of Ghana Bar Association.
