Ivan Mensah Dadzie has ten (10) rich years of experience as a lawyer and has distinguished himself in practice. He specializes in several practice areas, including Taxation, Employment Law, oil and Gas, Energy, Company and Commercial Law, land law and conveyancing, fintech and General Litigation.

Ivan has also distinguished himself in various corporate positions having previously worked with Kosmos Energy Ghana HC and ENI Ghana Limited, both global oil and gas companies.

In his ten (10) years journey as a lawyer, he has assisted clients in various high-profile transactions including the following:

• successfully obtaining installation, maintenance and importation licences for an International Renewable Energy Company;
• successfully obtaining judgment for the recovery of US$8m for an international company,
• setting up the Ghana subsidiaries of at least 4 international companies in the oil & gas, energy and a service restaurant chains industries;
• successfully assisting a private money market company to convert to a public company; assisting to list on the Ghana alternative Market;
• undertaking high profile due diligence for international companies seeking investment or other opportunities in Ghana;
• Successfully filed, maintained and defended claims in various sums against independent state agencies and parastatals;
• Successfully assisted clients in the resolution of tax disputes;
• Successfully represented clients in arbitration proceedings.

Additionally, Ivan is a corporate trainer specializing in change and performance management. He has been training and advising corporate clients on areas relating to organizational change and performance management.

Ivan is a member of the Ghana Bar Association and an aspiring member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation Ghana (CITG).
