Nana Afua Kobi Serwah Ampem Prempeh holds an LLB from the University of Birmingham and is called to the Ghana Bar.

She is a seasoned lawyer with vast experience in Corporate and Commercial Law and has been associated with a number of high profile corporate transactions in Ghana involving International Acquisitions, Cross-Border Mergers and Stock Exchange Listings for major International Companies and Financial Institutions.

Nana Kobi Prempeh has advised several Ghanaian and international companies and investors on the legal aspects of their commercial activities thus enabling them to navigate the legal and regulatory regime in Ghana.

In the area of Development and Construction Law, Nana Kobi Prempeh has extensive experience and has been involved in transactions with various companies including General Construction and Development Limited, Rana Motors Ghana Limited and Technology Management Group Limited.

She is a Director and Secretary of the ZAR Foundation and a member of the African Women Lawyers Association (AWLA).
